Registration on AnyScript.org and AnyBodyTech.com

 

This is co-sign-up for both becoming a member of AnyScript.org community and a member of AnyBody Technology user group. By signing up we encourage you to participate actively in our community.

 

You accept that you are liable for any misuse of any userID and password provided to you.

 

You accept that the access system provided for the AnyScript.Org and AnyBodytech.com may automatically convey electronic messages about your organization and yourself to AnyBody Technology A/S including but not limited to the purpose of monitoring your compliance with software licenses. Such information will only contain personal data willingly given by you.

You accept that if you choose to join the user data you have submitted when registering, more precisely your name and affiliation, research interest, website and country will be automatically transferred, and be public if you choose to log into the forum, write in the Wiki or upload files to the Collaboration section. 

 

AnyBody Technology A/S may contact you, unless you have explicitly asked not to be contacted, either directly or through our partners, with the purpose of aiding you in the use of our solutions etc. You can of course at any time ask not to be approached in the future, except for matters pertaining to your use of our products and payment and license matters.

 

Besides above-mentioned purposes, AnyBody Technology A/S will only use any information received for internal compliance purposes or as required by law and will never convey such information to any third party except for the purpose of helping you use our products. Any information will be used and kept only in accordance with the principles of fair processing in Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

 

You accept that AnyBody Technology A/S may monitor your use of AnyScript.org to the extent necessary for ensuring compliance with the terms for such usage and that AnyBody Technology A/S may at its discretion disrupt your access to the AnyScript.org and Anybodytech.com sites upon the breach of any such term, including, but not limited to, (i) if you use data outside the scope of their license terms, (ii) if you convey data from the Repository to any third party, (iii) if you make or permit any third party to make unauthorized copies of the Repository or data there from, or (vi) if you in the reasonable opinion of AnyBody Technology A/S fail to comply with any other provision of the l terms pertaining to the use.
